Sustainable Performance
Starts with Your People.
Revenue you can rely on depends on salespeople who can sustain themselves.
Stewardship Selling™ equips your people to govern themselves, their accounts and their territory, so the results they deliver are results they can sustain.
The Problem
Does Your Revenue Rely on People Who Are Running on Empty?
Salespeople are under more pressure than ever. When they're stretched beyond what they can sustain, it doesn't stay personal. It jeopardises the pipeline, customer relationships and, ultimately, the bottom line.

The Business Case
Replacing experienced salespeople means investing again in recruitment, onboarding and time to productivity. When people burn out, their performance and customer relationships can suffer. When they leave, valuable knowledge leaves with them, and pipeline momentum and customer continuity can be disrupted. Sustained pressure can also encourage short-term selling decisions that weaken customer trust. Helping your people sustain their performance isn’t just an investment in their wellbeing; it’s an investment in the durability of your revenue.
Why It Matters Now
Self-Governance Has Never Been More Important in B2B Sales.
Restructures, shifting targets, new leadership and the arrival of AI in every part of the sales cycle mean your people are facing constant external headwinds. You can't control the weather. But you can equip your people to navigate through it.
As AI takes on more of the routine work, what remains is distinctly human: judgement, character, trust and the stamina to keep showing up for customers. Those qualities can't be automated. They have to be stewarded.
My Story
I've Been the Salesperson Running on Empty.
What wasn't working
I was spending long days on the road, carrying a territory that mattered, while working for a manager whose abrasive style kept my nervous system on high alert. I hadn't lost my skill, but a mind in fight or flight can't perform at its best. As my results slipped, so did my sense of who I was.
What changed
As I learned to steward myself – physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually – I began to see myself as more than my job title. As my stewardship of self grew, my results followed: 12 sales awards, including three consecutive CEO Circle of Excellence awards, and a new role created for me to roll out my approach across EMEA. At the heart of this transformation was the 3 Stewardships Framework™.
Why it matters
That's why I now help sales leaders support their people to perform sustainably, because the support you give your salespeople could be the difference between those who burn out and those who build something of meaningful, lasting value.
The Bedrock of Sustainable Performance
Stewardship of Self Underpins Everything.
Stewardship means voluntarily taking responsibility to care for everything with which you have been entrusted, doing the right things in the right way at the right time to deliver exceptional outcomes for customers.
Stewardship Selling™ applies that principle to three domains: Territory Strategy, Account Strategy and Personal Performance. Most sales training starts with the first two. Personal Performance is the foundation they rely on. And it is where sustainable revenue is won or lost.
Revenue you can rely on
is underpinned by
1 · Territory Strategy
Stewardship of your territory for overall success
which is underpinned by
2 · Account Strategy
Stewardship of your accounts for trusted customer partnerships
which is underpinned by
3 · Personal Performance
Stewardship of yourself for wellbeing, character and competence through the 3 Stewardships Framework™

A Holistic Approach
to Self-Governance
I don't tell salespeople what to do. I teach them correct principles, and they learn to govern themselves. The 3 Stewardships Framework™ provides the structure: improve self to improve relationships; improve relationships to improve contributions; and improve contributions for sustainable success.
1 · Stewardship of Self
Wellbeing first, because everything else relies on it. Then character, the values that hold under pressure. Then competence, the skills that turn intent into results.
2 · Stewardship of Relationships
Customers at the base, because the job is to serve them. Then colleagues and managers: the people a salesperson depends on, and who depend on them.
3 · Stewardship of Contributions
Customer outcomes measured against the customer's vision and aspirations, the revenue that follows, and the culture each salesperson contributes to building.
What Changes

More wins to celebrate together as a team
More satisfied customers who see you more as partner than supplier
Happier salespeople who feel part of a team
Less work-related stress, which benefits life outside work

Mentoring Client Experiences with
the 3 Stewardships Framework™
“
Tom has a plethora of knowledge which throughout my sessions has helped me understand the wider picture. I’d highly recommend working with Tom, he is an exceptional mentor! Tom has great listening skills, and a unique ability to tune into ‘whatever is happening’ to be able to help someone think clearly about their aspirations, to create good habits, prioritise key aspects of life using his 3S framework (self, relationships, and contributions). I’ve made some big, and positive changes and will continue to do so, from changing careers to buying a home.

“
The 3 Stewardships framework helped identify what I needed to concentrate on to make this transition without wrecking important relationships with people that matter most to me. I was able to achieve professional certification and make concrete moves in a new career direction under Tom’s guidance.
Tom helped me recognise that some of the things I thought I needed to do wouldn’t get me the peace and happiness I craved in the long run, and he used a variety of resources to help me break old habits and forge new ones.

As a mentor Tom inspires positive change by empathy, kindness, and a clear communication style. His standout skill is listening, his framework helps you articulate what’s meaningful to you, and his abundance-mindset approach helps you take responsibility for yourself and others. I was undergoing a redundancy at one point which seemed daunting to me at the time; Tom’s mentorship was invaluable as it helped me take steps forwards with practical advice, encouraging me with regular calls and keeping me oriented towards my goals.
